Sorry, defaults for what?
This reminds me of an idea which I'm not sure is what you mean in this bug: The first time you open the 'Add ownCloud account' interface, you can suggest some default ownCloud providers. (Thunderbird does the same when you first run it, or you can always access it in Thunderbird from File->New->Get a New Mail Account. Currently, only gandi.net is suggested.)
