MyUnity theme + font overlay scrollbar issues

The overlay scrollbars seem to be a bit hit-and-miss

I've attached a short video to show you what I mean - it occasionally shows the overlay scrollbar but sometimes doesnt

Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
According to your latest comment, looks like the issue is not due to MyUnity itself, rather to overlay-scrollbar. Therefore I am closing this bug and assigning it to overlay-scrollbar. Please, feel free to reopen it against MyUnity if you think this decision isn't fair.
