Bug Description
See the attached screenshot.
I haven't seen the black box problem before. But this is also displaying Bug #749406 (which for other applications is fixed in 0.1.5-0ubuntu1)

Black box bug likely fixed today! :-) (you'll see squared scrollbars, but that's a bug in banshee they introduced in this release).
About the other one (multimonitor), I'll have a look
