hard to click the scroll buttons in fullscreen

Bug Description
This is a really little bug, but little things make greats things :D
If your application is in full-screen, go with your mouse on the right right ( test it with an application like evince, which have a scrollbar on the right). If your mouse is on the screen edge, on the orange scrollbar, you can't click it. You just can't click the orange bar. never. When the app is in full-screen, it would be easier to click on the whole edge of the screen, than 5 pixels before on the buttons.
A simple (I think) way to resolve that, is to have the possibility to scroll by clicking the orange bar, not only the buttons. This could also be the beginning of the fix of this bug https:/
