Handle is hard to use in Remmina

Bug Description
When Remmina 0.9.99.1 displays a remote desktop, the handle of the scrollbar does only appear if you move the mouse pointer exactly to the small scroll bar. There is no sensitive area like in other applications.
Unfortunately Remmina is one of the application where the handles are relay needed because of the mouse wheel scrolling is cough by the remote desktop.
