Bug Description
inserting (replace into) 5000 rows using executemany() and a generator expression takes over a minute. with mysqldb it took a few seconds.
this is on linux, mysql server 5.5.35-0+wheezy1, python 2.7, current oursql zip file, version 0.9.3.1 which is 20 months old.
I'll switch back to mysqldb until this is resolved. maybe it's me, maybe it's oursql... can't be sure.
