Bug Description

Checking with Vadim:
Compared to the original Google patch, this patch is missing the rpl_mirror_binlog_no_replicate option. Is that intentional?
The variable is still declared somewhere as an external, so if it was intended to be removed, we can remove that line also.

Actually there is only option rpl_mirror_binlog_no_replicate in Google patch and no functionality for this.

So we'll remove the extern declaration of the global variable, to keep things clean.
