Additional encryption option details needed for ephemeral disk encryption

Additional details about the encryption options for ephemeral disk encryption would be helpful to users of this feature. A table briefly describing a few options is recommended.

A table could still be made, but I think I've addressed much of bug #1471918 with this patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/396795/ which closes this bug #1632111.
