Security Guide - Chapter 7. Dashboard - ngingx over Apache

The Sec Guide currently recommends nginx over Apache.

Without qualificiation or discussion of attributes, the guide recommends nginx. If a customer was to require HA and attempt to follow this recommendation they would not be able to do it easily.

This should give an overview of the security modules in nginx and Apache, and not recommend nginx/gunicorn without explanation.
