Bug Description
Ospurge is listing all ports and filtering by tenants, with hundreds of thousands of ports it's an issue, Neutron allows querying from only one tenant and we should query only from the selected tenant (same with glance).
If the backend is opencontrail < 2.2 this bug is triggered by ospurge:
