Bug Description
osprofiler could potentially provide valuable metrics for observing the bottleneck but to enable/disable it operator has to change the configuration and reboot the program.
I think we should make osprofiler dynamic by either exposing a unix socket or http based api to allow operator turns on/off profiler while program is still running.
