Always opens to the English Channel

Whenever I open OSMTouch it shows me a map showing the relative positions of Bruges, Lille, Amiens and Chelmsford. This is not especially useful to me. I need to then zoom out to the world map, scroll over to China, and step by step zoom down to my actual location.

The website version of OSM at least opens to London by default.

This app should default to opening at the last place it showed. If it's the first time the map has opened, try to get a clue from the locale or timezone. In my case the locale is English (United Kingdom) so a map of the entire UK would be sensible. My timezone is "Asia/Chongqing" so a map of Chongqing or China would be even more sensible.
