Can't search by cap or province

when i search a city i cant specify the cap or the province or the region so the program confuses between more cities and it's very difficult to find the right result

I agree, I am working on that, but there should be a possibility, it shows "amenity region" or "amenity_city" below the search result.
You can also navigate to a location on the map by tap and hold.
