app crashes after few minutes of navigating

Bug Description

After choosing target location, it calculated route and began navigating. Everything worked as expected, but after few minutes the app closed herself unexpected.

I hawe Bq Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu edition with Ubuntu 15.04 (r4), afmhf (20150713-202300). Location input was only GPS.

The same thing happens on BQ Aquaris E4.5 Uubuntu
Furthermore :
The Application freezes often after about 10 minutes
The Application shows for a Second the image of the startposition

Thanks for your feedback. I do observe the same behaviour, it happens sometimes when the route is recalculated.
