Bug Description
South Carolina has 3 types of bannered routes ALT , BUSINESS, and TRUCK. This is a simple case - routes consist of 1-3 digits with no suffix.
Bannered routes are simply the banner placed above the sign.
I've attached SVGs of these banners in SC, as well as my best guess of the banner definition for SC.
