Bug Description

In https://review.openstack.org/#/c/559831/ we are disabling an SSL-related test to unblock the unit tests. This is tech debt that needs to be addressed once we have gotten past the eventlet upgrade that this is blocking.

This test have been reactivated by fixing #1482633 [1] so I think we can close this one too.
