Bug Description
It'd be very nice to have a simple helper function accessible for those using the eventlet backdoor that can change the application logging level so that when the application is resumed it starts logging at a different level (ie DEBUG) and then can be turned back to its prior level when reconnected to. This can help avoid the need to run permanently at DEBUG level (which it appears quite a few people do?)
