redirecting stderr truncates output

Bug Description

In my attempts to try and overcome the lack of suppressing stderr, I created a patch in os-brick to redirect stderr to /dev/null for the 'systool -c fc_host -v' test to see if Fibre Channel HBAs are on a host.

When I did that, privsep truncates stdout. So, when a host actually has FC HBAs, we get 1 line of output and aren't able to process the stdout information needed.
