Bug Description

Zigo has reported a problem with eventlet when run under python3.7 on debian:

We'll need to update the eventlet version in oslo.messaging's test-requirements.txt once the fix is released in eventlet:

Any update on this? It doesn't look like our eventlet req has been updated in a couple of years, so I'm guessing it isn't done: https://github.com/openstack/oslo.messaging/blame/master/test-requirements.txt
