Bug Description
Currently JSONFormatter doesn't output as many useful information as ContextFormatter. Missing information include for example request_id or instance_id. If one would like to use for example the standard Python logging library's DatagramHandler to ship logs to Logstash it would be desirable to have them already in JSON format, but also to have them including all the context information possible. It'd make drilling down on specific issues a lot easier (following a request by its ID via Kibana for example).
So it would be great if oslo_log.
