Could you describe how this would be used? Why would we want to disable this behavior?

Basically want to limit the available options to the user to make it simpler. Having arguments that are the default I'd like to not show.

In my specific case have a cli tool that runs over a single thing, have a --all flag to run over all the things and this creates a --noall flag which is redundant.
