Bug Description
Reference openEHR Datatypes Information Model Specifications Release 2.1.1
The specs define value as a string but it needs to be tested that it is a valid date.

Actually IDvDate should have the constrint. DvDate does have a test for a date but in only one format. This needs to be expanded to include any date.
