Cannot get to "Page 2" of the Press Page

When I hit "2" or "Next" at the bottom of the page, it just takes to me to the first page. Doesn't even work if I change the URL.

Confirmed issues with URL rewriting. I propose replacing the web server software. Get with me if you have terminal experience.
