OpenStack installation failed in XenServer pool

Bug Description

Looks the script can't get dom0 id during the installtion.
++ xe vm-list dom-id=0 resident-on=81112847-1651-4feb-b9f3-6ab31b17f756 --minimal
+ dom_zero_uuid=
++ xe vbd-create device=autodetect bootable=false mode=RW type=Disk vdi-uuid=9a1accff-2eb0-4ff1-86c6-4b77a5842eda vm-uuid=
The uuid you supplied was invalid.

Need to fix it.

    os-xenapi: change dom0 uuid get function

    The control domain id of slave nodes in xenserver pools is not 0,
    so the old cmd would fail. Change the cmd to fix it.
