Bug Description
In some cases, some devices are wrongfully reported as Fibre Channel HBAs. Attempting to open/query them will fail.
This affects the Nova Hyper-V driver, which will not be able to fetch initiator info, even if Fibre Channel is not used at all.
In this case, os-win could just ignore unsupported ports, logging a warning.
