Bug Description
As part of the doc-migration effort [1], we've restructured the docs to a common format [2]. However, we have neither a 'install' section nor a 'configuration' section, despite the fact that the library should be installed and there is some configuration that can be carried out. This should be resolved.

the raised patch is merged, is their any other related bug for config and install docs, as mentioned in patch comments.
Its open from very long time, can we close this one ?
