Bug Description

Running for example:

os-log-merger -b http://logs.openstack.org/77/378677/10/experimental/gate-octavia-v1-dsvm-scenario-multinode-nv/5a50dfb/logs/ screen-o-cw.txt.gz:OCW-1 screen-n-cpu.txt.gz:CPU-1 subnode-2/screen-o-cw.txt.gz:OCW-2 subnode-2/screen-n-cpu.txt.gz:CPU-2 screen-q-dhcp.txt.gz:DHCP --msg-logs syslog.txt.gz:SYSLOG

Gives no trace of the SYSLOG entries, since the timestamps of the logs are not being properly processed.

Moved to new until I can re-verify this, it's possible that it's already been fixed by other changes.
