os-client-config doc fails to build with openstackdocstheme 1.5.0

Hi,

When building the sphinx doc of os-client-config with openstackdocstheme 1.5.0, it fails as per this Debian bug:

Building with 1.16.1 worked though. So I guess there's something wrong either in the test-requirements.txt, or in the sphinx conf.py. I would strongly recommend fixing. :)

Just for the record, here's the failure:
