Bug Description
The tox pylint testenv in os-brick is pinned to an ancient version of pylint (0.26.0) and the scripts it uses don't work any more. The current pylint infrastructure in Cinder (that uses pylint 2.7.4) should be ported over to os-brick.
Note: this also applies to rbd-iscsi-client, which has the same pylint infrastructure as os-brick.
