Not detecting multipath disks due to udev race

Bug Description

Seems like there is (sometimes) a race in udev-rules on my system (ubuntu 16.04 + solidfire iscsi + multipath) which ends in not being able to use the full performance of my storage, because multipath is not used.

It seems udev is (sometimes) not creating the symlinks correctly, so os-brick is unable to detect the multipath device correctly.
