Bug Description
The rbd driver does not support extend operations, if this operation is trigger on a cinder managed ceph pool it throws an Unimplemented exception.
This is required for extend in-use volumes that are present on a ceph pool, we only need to retrieve the size to inform the VM of the size change.
This patch is needed for a subsequent nova patch to work.
