Temporal failure of multipath command causes live-migration failure

Bug Description
The multipath command somehow return "code 1" and it causes live-migration operations to fail.

* raw command
multipath -l <device>
The root cause of returning "code 1" is not clear and very difficult to investigate...
I think if the multipath command is repeated (at least once again), we can avoid this temporal problem.
