Bug Description
Was trying to remove the orange box package as part of a maas cleanup, but it failed with:
invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/apache2 not found.
dpkg: error processing package orange-box (--remove)
A touch /etc/init.d/apache2 allowed removing the package.
