orange-box-add-virtual-nodes should check maas user's ssh access

Bug Description

If an OB user reinstalls MAAS the 'maas' user will be recreated and a new ssh key is generated.
That key is not added to ~ubuntu/.ssh/authorized_keys.

orange-box-add-virtual-nodes uses the virsh connect string 'qemu+ssh://ubuntu@10.14.4.1/system'.

This caused the generated VMs to not come up because MAAS couldn't power them on.

It's a quick fix once you know it, but it might be nice to automate it away, either in the orange-box postinst, or in add-virtual-nodes.
