Bug Description

It is possible that a lack of a good, reverse IP address for the static configured node's AMT addresses could be causing some of the spotty network issues we're seeing with some of the nodes.

There is some information in this article that hints at that...

https://communities.intel.com/community/itpeernetwork/vproexpert/blog/2011/04/29/troubleshooting-tcpconnect-wsman-soap-and-related-intel-amt-connectivity-errors

Nonetheless, it certainly doesn't hurt to have a good clean and comprehensive DNS for the AMT IPs on the OBs.

The orange-box package should set that up.

Lowering the importance. I haven't seen any ill effects of the current setup.
