Bug Description
In cabview definition for Digital Speedometer, it is possible to define a decrease color.
This setting does not work, there is no color change when the speed decreases.

The variable digital.old_value is used to check on decrease of value and set the color to the defined decrease color, but this variable is never set to the previous value, and therefor the check always fails.
