Bug Description
When replaying a save file where an anglecock was opened or closed in the F9 train ops menu, the sim will crash when the replay reaches the point at which the anglecock was toggled.
To reproduce:
1. Start any activity (also works in explore mode).
2. Open the train operations window.
3. Click on the lead rail vehicle and toggle the front anglecock.
4. Save the session.
5. Quit the simulation.
6. Using the resume/replay button on the main menu, select the save made in step 4 and replay from start.
7. Wait for the replay to reach the point in time where step 3 was executed.
8. Error message appears and a null reference exception is reported at Orts.Common.
