Unable to switch back to suspended player train

I was playing an act on the payware Indian Route "Khandesh". I'd to stop at the outer of Palej station due to red signal & track change ahead. I found that there were 2 copies of the same train "59049 Valsad-Viramgam Passenger" blocking my path. Their path is such that they start just before Palej stn. on the main line & then take the loop & end there itself. Now this station has 2 loop lines & 1 mainline.
So I kept my player train in suspended mode & then took control of the 2nd copy, reversed it & directed it to go to the 2nd loop line. This resulted in my player train getting green signal but I was just unable to take control of the player train again. Multiple mouse clicks also didn't help.
I thought my procedure was wrong. So I again took control of the 2nd copy & directed it to follow its path & again my signal turned green but I was unable to switch back to the player train.
I tried for the 3rd time without keeping the player train in suspended mode & again, I wasn't able to take the control back & saw the train skipping the station through the mainline. This problem is evident in all 3 Stable Versions of OR Namely 1.3, 1.4 & 1.5.

Please guide me on the same.
