Update to v1.5 deletes routes,sounds,trains,global folders

Bug Description
When I updated Open Rails to v1.5 from v1.4 some of my folders were deleted: namely
Global
Routes
Sounds
Trains
Fortunately I was able to recover these from a backup I had done when upgrading from v1.3 to v1.4 a year or so ago.
I later learned that the v1.5 does not include any Routes or Trains but there was no warning during the update that I should make backups of the above folders before doing the update.
