Bug Description
After a SPAD, Train Control Mode changes to Out Of Control. After that, the user can get back to normal operation by either selecting "Reset Out Of Control" or "Toggle Manual Mode". If the latter is selected during an "Explore the Route" activity, the control mode changes to Manual, not being able to get back to Explorer mode.
