In “Explorer” mode, you use the path "Parasuram.pat" (Ncj1-Ern1) and the consist "02511raptisagarexp.con" both are part of the activity "06650ParasuramExpress.act".
Please download all the required Rolling-Stock and try again.

This is not a valid Open Rails bug.

The error is pointing that the "WAP7_RPM_30319AI.eng" cannot be loaded.
You need to download and install the "ir_wap7_lgd_rpm_slw_2_.zip" file, to avoid this error.

In addition, many warnings exist about "Ignored missing wagons".
Please, search and download all the required Rolling-Stock and try again.
