Description section of eng file does not work if modified in an include file

Bug Description
It would be useful if the Description section of an eng. file could be included and work in an include file. The MSTS format is cumbersome with the need for n\n\+ " type entries to add new sentences and paragraphs.
Any normal typing of a description works in OR but MSTS AE will not recognise a description without the cumbersome format. Many users still wish to use MSTS AE to create activities.
No errors are reported inOpenRailsLog.txt
