locomotive air compressor does not shut off when triggered

Bug Description
The air compressor is triggered when the locomotive main reservoir goes below 130 psi. That part works fine.
But when the locomotive main reservoir is recharged to its maximum pressure of 140 psi the air compressor remains on, when it should shut off.
