Bug Description

After builds: Open Rails U2021.05.22-0721 not working with Electric Loco-s, if eng file contains row: ORTSCircuitBreaker ( Manual )

Samples:
"Expected end of file in F:\tran\Trains\trainset\H_MAVTR_480\\Script\ORTS_Eng.inc:line 13" -> ORTSCircuitBreaker( Manual )
"Expected end of file in F:\tran\Trains\trainset\H_MAVTR_480\H-START_480-003.eng:line 696" -> ORTSCircuitBreaker( Manual )
"Expected end of file in F:\tran\Trains\trainset\Traxx pack\H-START_480-025.eng:line 835" -> ORTSCircuitBreaker( Manual )
etc.

Firstly, these two parameters must be in the Engine part of the file:
ORTSPowerOnDelay ( 5s )
ORTSCircuitBreakerClosingDelay ( 2s )

I suppose that the impacted train is an AI train.
I think I have found where the problem is.
