Orts.Viewer3D.Processes.ThreadHangException at Orts.Common.ORTraceListener.TraceEvent

During startup before scanning disks the program quits. This happens on different installation profiles stored on different disks. Scanning for disk errors did not find any problems. In the past the program did work. Will add a new hard disk with a new installation of Windows 10 to try and resolve this problem.
