Bug Description

Window initially created for debugging is also used for maps. Suggest:

Files:
"RunActivity\Viewer3D\Debugging\DebugViewerForm.cs"
"RunActivity\Viewer3D\Debugging\MessageViewer.cs"
"RunActivity\Viewer3D\Debugging\TimetableWindow.cs"

are moved to a new folder MapWindow and renamed as:
"Viewer3D\Debugging\DebugViewerForm.cs" => "Viewer3D\MapWindow\DispatchTab.cs"
"Viewer3D\Debugging\MessageViewer.cs" => "Viewer3D\MapWindow\MessageForm.cs"
"Viewer3D\Debugging\TimetableWindow.cs" => "Viewer3D\MapWindow\TimetableTab.cs"

and the remaining file is left unchanged:
"RunActivity\Viewer3D\Debugging\SoundDebugForm.cs"
