Bug Description
Hi, i found a problem with russian signalization system by Timas Adamaitis and Me.
There are a flags in signals, that allow you to hide a column (When you need to put signal to console)
But OR still draw columns to signals. In russia, we need to put signals to consoles sometimes.
This bug is new. In older versions OR columns was hidden.
Thanks you a lot. Fixing this bug help me release a new routes by GoRails team!
