Bug Description
We have a situation where we are doing an exchange with full centerbeams on the siding and empties on our player consist.
If we break the player consist behind the empty centerbeams and use the empties to pull the loads out of the siding, then spot the empties, everything works fine.
What a beta-tester did was to break the player consist behind the engines, then went into the siding to pick up the loads, thinking they would then return to the player consist and couple to the empties and then spot them on the siding.
The activity uses an EventTypeDropOf
This bug can be clearly experienced while doing the MSTS activity "Whitefish Yard Switching": drop off cars tasks are marked as done even if not correctly completed
