Hi Abhishek,
A similar problem was reported through the website on 20-May-2020 by Harshal Hardikar. I suspected his virus checker Avast Antivirus but Harshal found no conflict.
Please turn off your virus checker (such as Windows Defender), try again and let us know the outcome.
