OR won't load - Not enough space for player train

The activity I'm trying to load in OR opens up in MSTS without problem.

OR is giving me "Warning: Not sufficient track to place train 0 , service name PLAYER" but the player train has plenty of track at either end of the Loco Consist.

It is also giving track node warnings, but no problems reported from Route Riter or the MSTS program.

Same error reported by another person, but coding line numbers are different. Assuming this is happening in a different part of the program.
